Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form part of the legal agreement and contract between the client and B&M Catering.

B&M Catering Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom and any legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of the English legal system and courts.

All items must be paid for with a valid bank/credit card, that will be approved by your bank/card provider prior to delivery.

B&M Catering will not be held liable for any loss caused by late or non-delivery or by receipt of damaged goods. Any complaint regarding late/non delivery must be made to the carrier before a complaint is made to B&M Catering. Damaged goods are handled under our Returns Policy and Procedures (please refer to the section RETURNS at the bottom of this page)

Returned Items

Items purchased, but not damaged or defective, may be returned under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations. However the purchaser will be liable for the costs of postage and packaging. If this is not paid, prior to returning the item, any refund will have this amount deducted.

It is recommended that the item is returned using Registered Mail services to cover any loss/damage in transit. Failure to do so may result in B&M Catering refusing any refund without proof that the item was in good order and correctly packed and sealed at the time of postage.
